A dance-based movement class where exercise is stripped back to its most freeing form: moving your body for the pure joy of it.
These classes are a welcoming, judgement-free space where you’re encouraged to lose your inhibitions and reconnect with that carefree feeling of dancing like no one is watching. Expect uplifting playlists, easy-to-follow movement, plenty of laughter, and Anna fully committing alongside you - from air guitars and shimmying to sweating it out with a lot of heart.
No dance experience is needed, just a willingness to move and have fun. Come along for an hour of boogying that celebrates joyful, judgement-free exercise and leaves you feeling energised, confident, and smiling.
