Venue Policy

Fulham Pier is closed for a limited number of Fulham FC match days each year. Dates of upcoming closures, when known, can be found here. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to check ahead to avoid disappointment.

• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
• Unattended children may be escorted to our site team for safeguarding.
• For school visits or youth groups, appropriate supervision ratios must be maintained.

• We welcome families with young children, but please note that buggies and pushchairs must be kept with you at all times.
• For safety and access reasons, buggies may not be left unattended in walkways, near entrances, or at the front desk. If you require assistance navigating the space with a buggy, our Guest Services team will be happy to help. Thank you for helping us keep shared areas safe and accessible for everyone.

• Certain areas of Fulham Pier — including the pitch and Levels 3, 4 and 5 — are not open to the public unless specifically authorised for an event or guided access.
• For everyone’s safety and security, any unauthorised attempt to access these restricted areas may result in removal from the premises.
• Please speak to a member of the Guest Services team if you are unsure about which areas are open to visitors.

• Fulham Pier is a smoke-free site.
• Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are only permitted in designated areas off site. Please ask a member of staff for directions.

No outside food or drink is permitted on-site unless otherwise stated for specific events or activities. .

We encourage guests to enjoy offerings from our curated selection of on-site vendors and restaurants.

Please use the bins provided and help us keep Fulham Pier clean, green and welcoming for all.

Littering, vandalism or damage to property will not be tolerated.

The Scene is a 10m x 2m interactive screen located in the heart of Riverside Market. While it responds to movement, please do not touch the screen directly — simply wave your hands at least one step back for maximum impact. Touching the screen may cause damage and interfere with its functionality.

Personal music devices and portable speakers should be used respectfully with headphones only to not impact other guest experiences.

Amplified sound is only permitted as part of authorised performances or events by Fulham Pier or their partners.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome on-site but must be kept on a lead at all times.

Please clean up after your pet and respect shared spaces.

We provide drinking bowls for dogs along the boardwalk and within Riverside Market.

Visitors are welcome to take photos for personal use.

Commercial photography, filming, or drone use requires prior written permission from Fulham Pier management.

Please note that photography and filming may take place on site for marketing purposes; by entering Fulham Pier, you consent to your image being used. If you prefer not to be included, please contact marketingpr@fulhampier.com.

Line-ups, performers, and schedules are subject to change without notice.

Strobe lighting, fog machines, loud music, and other special effects may be used during events.

Please be aware that certain performances may not be suitable for individuals with photosensitive conditions or those sensitive to noise.

Fulham Pier is not liable for failure to perform or deliver events or services due to causes beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, public emergencies, travel disruption, or artist cancellations.

Fulham Pier is not responsible for lost or unattended belongings.

If you misplace an item, please speak to a member of our Guest Services team.

We operate a challenge 25 policy. Alcohol will only be served to individuals aged 18 and over, in accordance with UK licensing laws. Valid photo ID may be required. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or is behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner. Alcohol purchased on-site may not be taken off the premises unless explicitly permitted at certain events.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, aggressive, discriminatory, or otherwise anti-social behaviour.

Visitors behaving inappropriately may be asked to leave the premises or reported to authorities.

We kindly ask all guests to leave the premises quietly and respectfully, particularly during evening and nighttime hours.

Please be mindful of our neighbours and the surrounding community when exiting Fulham Pier, especially after events. Your cooperation helps us maintain a positive relationship with local residents and ensures we can continue hosting great experiences for everyone.

The possession, use, or sale of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited on site. Any such activity will result in immediate removal from the premises and may be reported to the police.

Fulham Pier is a monitored site. Any criminal behaviour, including theft, vandalism, or threatening conduct, will be taken seriously and reported to the police where appropriate.
